Jafuso Blue ("we", "us") is a soul, funk and disco covers band based in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. This page explains what happens to the information you send us when you get in touch about booking us for your event.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form on this site, we ask for your name, email address, event type, event date and any message you choose to add. We don't collect anything else about you through this site, and we don't use cookies or analytics tracking.

How the enquiry form works

Our enquiry form opens your own email application and sends your details directly to us at jafusoblue@live.co.uk from your own email address. We don't run a server-side database or third-party form service that stores your details separately — the only copy is the email itself, in your inbox and ours.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, discuss your event, and arrange a booking if you go ahead. We won't use your details for marketing, and we won't share them with anyone else, except where we need to for the booking itself (for example, confirming details with a venue you've named).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking emails for as long as is reasonably useful for our records (for example, in case you get back in touch about a future event), and delete them when they're no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email jafusoblue@live.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
